Our Wellington, Florida dentists are committed to providing preventive dental care for the whole family, ages 4 and up. Dr. Christopher Starr has been practicing dentistry in Wellington since 1983, and his son, Dr. Michael Starr, joined him in 2014.

Michael Starr, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Michael Starr was born and raised in Wellington, Florida. Following in his father’s footsteps, he graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2010 with his bachelor’s degree, with a focus in science pre-professional studies.
After suffering through his first true winters, Dr. Starr decided it was time to return to Florida. In 2014, he graduated in the top 10% of his class from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and soon joined his father’s practice.
Dr. Starr is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and Central Palm Beach County Dental Association. He serves as the Chairman of the Florida Dental Association Sub-Council on the New Dentist, which helps new dentists in their transition from student to professional. Dr. Starr's practice focus is cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and restorative dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Starr enjoys golf, surfing, kiteboarding, and spending time with his wife.
Christopher Starr, DDS (Retired)
General Dentist
Dr. Christopher Starr has over 40 years of dental experience. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1970 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo School of Dentistry in 1974.
After serving as a dentist in the United States Navy, Dr. Starr went on to teach as an assistant professor of dentistry in New York at SUNY Buffalo and Columbia University, and in Florida at the University of Florida, Gainesville. He opened his dental practice in Wellington, Florida in 1983.
Dr. Starr is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and Central Palm Beach County Dental Association, for which he once served as president. He currently serves as an Examiner/Consultant for the State of Florida Dental and Dental Hygiene Licensure Examinations as well as a member of the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners. His practice focus is on preventive and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Starr enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
