Teeth whitening can reduce the appearance of stains caused by smoking, coffee, and soda that can make teeth look yellow over time. Our Wellington dentists take impressions of your teeth to fabricate custom oral whitening trays that fit your mouth perfectly.

Along with your vinyl tray, you will be provided with a gel made of carbamide peroxide, which will be put into the tray and worn for a period of time based on the strength of the whitening solution. You will see a vast improvement of tooth coloration after several weeks of daily use. Other professional teeth whitening options may be available, so be sure to ask your dentist.

Typically porcelain or ceramic, veneers are tooth coverings, similar to crowns or caps, which are placed on the outside of the affected tooth. They are used to improve the appearance of discolored or crooked teeth, or where there is a gap between teeth. Veneers are bonded to the teeth after an impression is taken and fabricated to match the desired look.

This dental procedure allows our dentists to apply a resin the same color as your teeth that bonds to your teeth, helping to reshape them for a more uniform appearance. After the tooth-colored resin is placed where desired, it is cured with a special blue light to ensure it stays in place. Bonding is especially helpful for restoring chipped teeth.
